I finally feel like dancing again! The changes my body went through in menopause left me feeling inflamed, stiff and stuck in my body. Majella at Inner Wellbeing is amazing at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped both me and my body to reset and recover. I listened to all the small tips she shared, and every one of them genuinely helped.

I’ve tried her therapies, including the HOCATT and colonic, and then did them again, and I’ve seen real benefits. As a student studying nutrition and sport science, and someone who has experienced gut and skin health issues, I confidently support and back her therapies and additional health recommendations. I have been attending ‘Hocatt’ sessions at Inner Wellbeing in Dee Why.  The machine uses ozone as well as frequency therapy and is the reason I first decided on the 1.5-hour one-way journey.

In my weekly sessions I have felt a lightening of the body. I have more energy and a clearer focus which has spilled over into other areas of my life with an increased motivation.  The goal of recalibrating my health is definitely foreseeable.

Recently I experienced the lymphatic drainage therapy – loved it.  I’m still smiling and would love to do it every day!

The therapies are just a part of the success. Majella’s vast knowledge and experience gave me the confidence to persevere.  The most important ingredient though is Majella’s personality.  She raises the vibration of the room and it’s my belief that is what intensifies the results.

Lymphatic Drainage - best thing I have done for myself and could not have felt more informed and looked after with Majella.  She explained everything and provided some at home routines to improve lymphatic system.  I'm definitely coming back! ✨✨✨✨✨

I first met Majella after reaching out because I wasn’t feeling 100% with how my body was performing.

From our first meeting, I could tell I was in good hands. She has a depth of knowledge  that never ceases to amaze and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. She’s one of kind.

I have had great experiences at Inner Wellbeing. I have used the Hocatt machine which worked wonders for my injury and a candida issue i had.

The knowledge of Marjella and expertise is second to none. Every client is different and I love the tailored treatments for sessions. You can waste a lot of money on medications and believe people should try treatments. You will not regret your decision.
